A full refund minus service fees will be issued up to 14 days prior to trip date.
No refunds will be issued after the 14 day mark.
Requests for changes in a travel date up to 14 days prior to original travel date will be accepted at no additional cost, subject to availability and within the same season.
Change of fare will be applied if applicable and should the change of date not be available, cancellation policy takes precedence
SPECIAL EVENT TRAIN CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
(This includes Dinner Trains, THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride, Santa Trains, and other Special Event Trains)
There will be no refunds for Special Event Trains.
