The holiday magic comes to life at night!

Santa loves trains, so much so that Mrs. Claus got him his very own caboose to enjoy this Christmas season. Join us as we travel to see this very special caboose.

Meet us at the Farmers Market station adjacent to the St. Jacobs Farmers Market as you board our annual Christmas train for a nighttime Christmas lights train ride. Bring along your family and friends as we travel for a look at Santa’s specially decorated caboose. When we reach the caboose, enjoy a visit with Mrs. Claus and the jolly old elf himself. Expect some Christmas baking as Mrs. Claus was asking if the caboose has an oven! Put a sparkle in your eye and rekindle the wonder of the season as you experience a fun filled adventure aboard our abundantly decorated heritage Christmas train adorned with over 20,000 breathtaking lights! This is Christmas, Waterloo Central Railway style!

Seating & Ticket Types

COACH CAR
Our standard coaches offer traditional rail seating in groups of four.

FIRST CLASS LOUNGE CAR
This car features soft, upholstered chairs in spacious surroundings.

Get your tickets soon.  Seating is limited.

Your journey begins at the WCR Farmers’ Market Station located at 330 Farmers Market. Road between the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and the Value Village Shopping Centre.

Free Parking is available in the Value Village parking lot located off Farmers Market Road which is adjacent to our station platform.

There are no refunds unless the WCR cancels a train. Missed trains or bad weather will not be refunded.

What to Bring

Don’t forget:

• Wear your Christmas attire

No food or drink (except bottled water) permitted to be brought onto the train. Please help keep our trains clean by disposing of your water bottles after use.
