Santa has had a busy day supervising loads of candy to Santa’s Candy Crossing. Now he wants to have a relaxing and fun train ride with you, before turning in for the night.
Join Santa for a nightcap as he kicks back and lets loose before another busy day tomorrow of transporting Christmas candy.
Your ticket includes one alcoholic beverage/snack from Santa and a take home treat! Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
Train ride is one hour in length. Available Fridays and Saturdays at 8:30 pm throughout November and December.
Looking for an exciting experience to treat your team to? We’re now offering an 8:30 pm “Santa’s Nightcap” for groups. Contact us at 1-888-899-2757 for more information and to book your group in! Group bookings for Santa’s Nightcap are available Thursday evenings at 8:30pm from November 28 to December 19.

Your journey begins at the WCR Farmers’ Market Station located at 330 Farmers Market Road between the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and the Value Village Shopping Centre. Please note there is no public boarding or parking at our St. Jacobs Village (Isabella St.) location.

Free Parking is available in the Value Village parking lot located off Farmers Market Road which is adjacent to our station platform. 330 Farmers Market Road Waterloo, Ontario N2J 4G8.

Washrooms are available aboard the train, as well as a baby changing station located in the Snow Cone Car.

There are no refunds unless the WCR cancels a train. Missed trains or bad weather will not be refunded.

- Wear your Christmas PJ’s and/or “ugly Christmas sweaters”!
- Photo ID (this is a 19+ experience)
- No food or drink (except bottled water) permitted to be brought onto the train. Please help keep our trains clean by disposing of your water bottles after use.

- WCR will make every effort to seat larger parties together, however due to the nature of our seating it cannot be guaranteed.

Please be advised that our train cars are not currently fully accessible for those with considerable mobility challenges. However, we are actively working on improvements to enhance accessibility in the near future. In the meantime, our trainmen are stationed at all doors and are ready to assist with boarding and disembarking to ensure everyone can travel comfortably and safely.
