All aboard for a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure! We invite you to experience the rich, vibrant tastes of Asia while rolling through the countryside aboard the historic Waterloo Central Railway.
Begin with a handcrafted “White Lotus” mocktail (white tea infused with honey and pineapple) before enjoying a flavour-packed naan with onion seed and fruit chutney. Choose from appetizers like a spring greens salad or roasted sweet potato and ginger soup, followed by an unforgettable main: Tandoori salmon, Pad Thai chicken with garden vegetables, or Pad Thai tofu with garden vegetables (vegan).
Cap off your journey with a decadent Japanese plum cake and a take-home chai-spice cookie. Sparkling and still water are included, with additional drink options available onboard. Let the spices, aromas, and stories of Asia unfold with every bite and every mile.
This round-trip excursion to Elmira departs from our Farmers Market Station located at 330 Farmers Market Road in St. Jacobs.
The train will depart on May 30 at 6 PM and will return at approximately 8 PM.
