Embark on a magical heritage train adventure as you travel to the heart of Easter fun. Your journey will start with a scenic train ride traveling to our WCR park, where all children will get to hunt for Easter treats, carefully hidden by the Easter Bunny! Find the special egg and win a very special WCR Easter Prize Basket! You’ll also get to see the Easter Bunny himself at the park! Next hop back on the train for a picturesque ride to over our historic trestle bridge and then back to the Farmer’s Market Station.

Lounge passengers will enjoy the scenic beauty from the comfort of soft, upholstered chairs or our heritage dining tables, all in spacious surroundings. All passengers in the Lounge car will receive an extra special treat!
Be sure to dress for the weather, the Easter Egg Hunt will take place outside, rain or shine! This experience is approximately 1.5 hours long

- Your journey begins at the WCR Farmers’ Market Station located at 330 Farmers Market Road between the St. Jacobs Farmers Market and the Value Village Shopping Centre. Please note there is no public boarding or parking at our St. Jacobs Village (Isabella St.) location for this experience.
- Free Parking is available in the Value Village parking lot located off Farmers Market Road which is adjacent to our station platform. 330 Farmers Market Road Waterloo, Ontario N2J 4G8.

- Passengers will choose their seating when purchasing tickets. Passengers must sit in their assigned seats.

Please be advised that our train cars are not currently fully accessible for those with considerable mobility challenges. However, we are actively working on improvements to enhance accessibility in the near future. In the meantime, our trainmen are stationed at all doors and are ready to assist with boarding and disembarking to ensure everyone can travel comfortably and safely.

Washrooms are available aboard the train. There are no public washrooms available at the WCR Park.

No food or drink (except bottled water-reusable bottles encouraged) permitted to be brought onto the train. Please help keep our trains clean by disposing of your water bottles after use or taking them home and recycling them.

- All sales are final. There are no refunds on ticket purchases. Customers will receive a full refund if the operator cancels service due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- All trains depart at the specified time – please arrive at least 10 minutes early for all trains. There are no refunds for missed trains
- We do not offer senior discounts or accept coupons of any type at this time or Access 2 Cards.
- WCR does not permit pets to travel on the train with the exception of guide, support and comfort dogs. For further details on booking a train trip with either, please see our Accessibility information further in the section.
- Due to the heritage nature of our rail equipment we reserve the right to substitute rail equipment without prior notification due to operational requirements.
