One Feature Cocktail “Cherry Blossom” (alcoholic/ non-alcoholic beverage)
Choice of one: Served at the table an assortment of freshly baked goods – dinner roll, multigrain roll, pretzel bun, freshly baked focaccia.

Appetizer:
Spinach Salad with Candied Cherries, Goat Cheese with a cherry poppy seed dressing

Main Dish:
Chicken with a creamy mushroom sauce, with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots, yellow beans, and asparagus
OR
Butternut Squash Ravioli in a creamy curry sauce (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Desserts:
Black Forest Cake Slices

This round-trip excursion to Elmira departs from our Farmers Market station located at 330 Farmers Market Road in St. Jacobs.

Train will depart on May 3 at 5:30PM and will return at approximately 7:30PM.
